FORGEBY Name your market

For AWS partners · invite only

AWS scores your pipeline. We build it.

Then AWS funds it, and you close it.

Forgeby manufactures the accounts that were never in your CRM. Made from official public business registers, with the cloud measured from the outside and the funded door named.

The stakes

Growth starts with the accounts nobody has opened yet.

AWS scores your pipeline, ranks it and points at the next hour's work. All of that compounds when there is more net-new in it. Originating those accounts is the work, and it is the slowest thing a partner does.

01 · The count

Tier is counted in launched opportunities.

On the Services path, your tier and the funded doors that come with it are counted in opportunities launched. Every one of them starts as an account somebody opened.

02 · The arithmetic

A rep can research one company well in an afternoon.

A market holds tens of thousands. That arithmetic is the whole problem, and it is why most teams keep working the accounts they already know.

03 · The funded door

Funding starts with a named account.

MAP and PoC pay for a customer's first project. Both begin with a company, a workload and the role that owns the call, named before anything is filed.

04 · The terrain

Europe is a market-by-market job.

Each country publishes its companies its own way, and each one has its own rule for how you may make contact. From inside it is a craft. From outside it is guesswork.

The manufacture

The ore is public. The alloy is not.

Every account is made the same way, in five steps, and every step is checkable. Nothing bought, nothing scraped.

  1. 01 · The ore

    Official public business registers.

Companies as their own country publishes them, read at the source. The list of companies is free. Everything after it is the work.

  2. 02 · The forge

    Rune works the record.

Which cloud it runs, measured from the outside. How big it is. What it has just committed money to. Which role owns the call.

  3. 03 · The alloy

An account with a reason to meet.

The use case written in the buyer's own language, the opener drafted, and the lawful way in already applied for that market so nobody has to look it up.

  4. 04 · AWS assays it and funds it

    The funded door is named.

MAP for an existing estate to migrate and modernize. PoC for a net-new AWS workload. Named with the reason it qualifies written beside it, and confirmed in AWS Partner Central.

    MAP PoC
  5. 05 · You close it

Filed from your seat, on your approval.

Rune drafts and then stops. A person approves, a person sends, every time. The relationship stays with your rep, and the send button stays yours.

Where it comes from

Official public business registers, read at the source, and our own measurement of what a company already publishes to the open internet. Nothing scraped, nothing bought in the dark. Full provenance per attribute is available on request, in writing, under the data processing agreement.

What this does not tell you

111,217 companies are in the library and not yet read. They are counted, never claimed.
No major cloud measured never means no cloud. A large share of that band runs a workspace tenant.
The cloud is measured from the outside. Where a delivery network sits in front, it is recorded as a delivery network, not as the cloud behind it.
No person appears on this page. Counts only, and the roles open in a signed-in workspace.

21Held meetings

A meeting means a conversation with a person who has the mandate, the need and the authority to act. Not a form fill. Every one of them was booked by a person, and Rune has never booked a meeting.

These are small numbers. They are ours, they are counted the same way every time, and we promise no meeting count, no pipeline figure and no revenue number in advance.

The maker

I forge it.
You close it.

Rune is openly an AI, and he is drawn that way on purpose: steel plates, coal joints, the fire in his seams. He reads the market, builds the account and drafts the opener in the buyer's language. Then he stops, because there is no send button anywhere in him.

01Openly an AI, with a public identity page. He never pretends to be a person, and anyone he reaches can check exactly who and what he is.
02He verifies his own claims before a human sees them, and an empty field says why it is empty.
03Every message that reaches a customer is sent by a person, from their own inbox. Your reps stay at the centre of the relationship and your domain reputation stays yours.
