Kvasir from Forgeby may sit in a call and take notes for the seller. This page says who records, why, what is kept, and how to reach us. Swedish first, then English.

Inspelning i mötet
Forgeby, en tjänst från Zmart Com West AB (namnbyte till Forgeby AB pågår), spelar in åt säljarens företag. Kvasir är namnet i rummet. Han talar inte.
Varför
Så att Kvasir kan skriva anteckningar och uppföljning åt säljaren. Inget skickas vidare förrän säljaren godkänner det.
Vad som sparas
Vi behåller utskriften av det som sades, och de anteckningar och utkast Kvasir skriver åt säljaren. Ljudfilen raderas hos leverantören när utskriften är inne. Tar du bort Kvasir från mötet inom fem minuter sparas inget.
Hur länge
Utskrifter sparas i 90 dagar.

Recording in the meeting
Forgeby, a service of Zmart Com West AB (name change to Forgeby AB in progress), records for the seller's company. Kvasir is the name in the room. He does not speak.
Why
So Kvasir can write notes and follow-ups for the seller. Nothing is sent on until the seller accepts it.
What is kept
We keep the transcript of what was said, and the notes and drafts Kvasir writes for the seller. The sound file is deleted at the provider once the transcript is in. If you remove Kvasir from the call within five minutes, nothing is kept.
How long
Transcripts are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and you can object. Write to privacy@forgeby.com. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), or to your local authority.
