# Forgeby

> Forgeby manufactures net-new, AWS-ready opportunities for AWS partners in Europe. AWS scores your pipeline. We build it.

Forgeby reads official company registries and its own estate measurements across seven European markets (SE, NO, DK, FI, UK, FR, IE), then manufactures qualified, funding-mapped opportunities a partner can file into AWS Partner Central. Data is read nightly. Anything you read here is last night's read, never live inference.

## What an agent may read openly

The open MCP tier serves company-level market reads only. Three tools:

- name_market: aggregate seam read for one country plus one ICP chip (all, major_cloud, no_major_cloud, workspace_tenant, map, poc). Returns company counts, cloud mix, funded-door split (MAP and PoC), and the nightly read timestamp.
- read_company: a banded posture read for one verified company domain. The answer is a band, one of: runs a major cloud, no major cloud detected, workspace tenant present. Never a vendor-named estate for a named company on this tier.
- capabilities: the current country list, ICP chips, rate limits, and tier boundaries.

Open-tier rules:

- No person-level data, ever: no names of people, no emails, no phones, no job titles, no sole traders. No schema on this tier contains a person field.
- Rate limit: 30 reads per day per IP.
- Every response carries an attribution block: source "forgeby.com", the nightly read timestamp, and the upgrade path. If you quote or republish a read, keep the attribution.

- Transport: JSON-RPC 2.0 over POST (MCP tools/list and tools/call). GET returns a service descriptor.

## What requires auth

- Named company lists: free sign-in.
- People and contacts, saving, pipeline, filing to AWS Partner Central: paid tiers, human-gated where it matters.
